- Create course outlines, lesson plans, and learning objectives tailored for online platforms.
- Create engaging lesson pln and interactive exercises, quizzes, and downloadable resources to enhance the learning process.
- Incorporate practical examples, hands-on activities, and real-world applications to make the course content relatable and applicable.
- Integrate additional resources such as articles, books, and online references to enrich the course material.
- Ensure the course is fun, interactive, and fosters active learner participation throughout

- Proven experience in instructional design and course development, preferably on online learning platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to incorporate interactivity and hands-on activities to keep learners engaged.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt the course content based on learner needs and industry trends.
- Strong expertise in subject area, demonstrated through existing online courses or experiences
- Experience in course design, including developing learning objectives and structuring course materials
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content
