Customer Support Executive (French Speaking)

Our client is a leading customer support outsourcing company with offices located in Lahore and Karachi. With a strong presence in the outsourcing industry, They have established themselves as a trusted partner for businesses seeking top-tier customer support solutions.

Role Introduction

We are looking for a customer-oriented, multi-tasking support representative. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and supporting customers concerning our client’s services.

Requirements
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (by testing different scenarios).
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
Nice To Have
  • Good written and verbal communication in French Language.
  • 1-2 year experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
Expertise
Skills: Technical Knowledge, Verbal & Wriiten Ability of French Language
