Role Introduction
Discord Community executive, your primary responsibility is to foster a positive and engaging environment within the online community hosted on the Discord platform. You will serve as the liaison between the community members and the community owners

Requirements
- Monitor and moderate the Discord server in real-time during your shift.
- Promptly delete any negative comments, and ban users posting malicious content or engaging in spamming. This should be done within seconds.
- Engage with and provide support to the community, answering questions regarding the community and company-related updates.
- Learn and stay updated about the new trends to effectively communicate with the community.
- Generate moderation reports and participate in community events.
- Collaborate with other moderators and report to the project lead.

- Perfect English speaking and typing abilities
- Prior experience in community moderation
- Interest in block chain development is recommended
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
