Role Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our client. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers, overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Front End and Back End development, with a focus on Angular and PHP Laravel. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Requirements
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications, both on the Front End and Back End
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks related to Front End and Back End development.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and manage software applications on cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
Specifications
- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Front End development, particularly with Angular.
- Excellent skills in Back End development, specifically with PHP Laravel.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
