We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist  to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships, and promoting our digital solutions. Your ability to understand client needs, articulate the value of our services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences will be crucial to your success in this role.

Requirements
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and grow the customer base.
  • Utilize email marketing, Linkedin, Upwork to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business.
  • Utilize email marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead management processes and track lead life-cycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and growth marketing.
Nice To Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Data Mining and Email List Generation (hunter.io, sales navigator)
  • Email Marketing (Experience on using tools like brevo, mailchimp or woodpecker)
  • Able to make or receive initial calls with potential clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to win new business.
