Marketing Manager

Our client is a top-tier manufacturer and marketer in Pakistan, specializing in superior-quality industrial building solutions and construction chemicals.

Role Introduction

The Marketing Manager will responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services and increase brand awareness. They will oversee all aspects of the marketing process, from market research and competitive analysis to campaign development and execution.

  • Onsite
  • Industrial Building Chemical Solutions
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, affiliate marketing, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
  • Manage online advertising campaigns and budgets, using Google, TikTok, Meta YouTube, & and LinkedIn.
  • Manage Email Marketing campaigns on platforms such as Klaviyo, Iterable, ActiveCampaign & and Hubspot.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company's business goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field from HEC Recognized University
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing management
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with managing budgets and tracking results
