Role Introduction

We are hiring for a results-driven, team-oriented Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage with team and customer prospects.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify sales opportunities and challenges to drive business growth.
  • Building a solid customer base by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budget plans.
  • Report sales and marketing activities to senior management team.
Nice To Have
  • Minimum 6-8 years of outdoor sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to close deals and build a strong network of clients.
