- Lead and inspire a team of customer support representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy, ensuring an enhanced customer experience
- Proficiency in technical aspects and various processes to optimize operations will be a plus.
- Ensure that customer service interactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies
Nice To Have
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Contact Center, handling team of at-least 10-15 agents
- A bachelor's degree or above in any relevant field.
- Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Fluency in French and Dutch, for both verbal and written communications.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to train and motivate team members
