  • Lead and inspire a team of customer support representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy, ensuring an enhanced customer experience
  • Proficiency in technical aspects and various processes to optimize operations will be a plus.
  • Ensure that customer service interactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies
Nice To Have
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Contact Center, handling team of at-least 10-15 agents
  • A bachelor's degree or above in any relevant field.
  • Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch, for both verbal and written communications.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to train and motivate team members
