Territory Sales Manager

Our client is a renowned water and gas appliances manufacturer and stocks its brand at appliances retail shops all over Pakistan. The company is also one of the biggest OEM manufacturer of these appliances for other top leading brands in Pakistan.

Role Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our placement within the region. You will work closely with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Requirements
  • Territory Management: Take ownership of the assigned territory and develop a comprehensive sales plan to achieve sales targets. Identify potential dealers, key accounts, and market segments within the territory.
  • Sales Generation: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and other channel partners to generate new business, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, accounts and dispatch., to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including dealer sales, sales targets, ageing.
Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of developing and managing dealer network within appliances industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
